The Challenge

Our Solution
We replaced legacy paper matrices with GovFlow. A centralized portal automatically pulls verification parameters from state records (Aadhar, Income certificates) and routes applications to the exact required nodal officer for approval. The state saves millions in man-hours and prevented fraud.
